Extra numbers are $7 a month each, added from the web. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply where you are.
The fine print, without the fine print
What you’re paying for, and what you aren’t.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No and no. You pay month to month and can cancel from the app at any time. The month you already paid for runs to its end.
How does the 30-day money back work?
If LarLine hasn’t earned its keep in your first 30 days, write to support@vlolabs.com and we refund the first month. No argument. If you paid through the App Store or Google Play, the refund goes through them, and they handle it their way.
Why does texting need approval, and how long does it take?
US carriers require every business that sends texts to register first, so your customers know who is texting them. When you choose Business or AI Pro we do the paperwork: you answer a few questions about your business in the app, and texting turns on once the carriers approve it, usually within a few days. Calls work from the first minute.
Why is Business $8 less with an EIN?
Because it costs less to register. The carriers charge more to register a person texting for their business than a company with a tax ID, and we pass the difference on. Same plan, same features either way. Without an EIN, texting covers one number.
Do calls or texts cost extra?
Calls with your customers in the US and Canada are part of every plan, with no per-minute charge. Texts you receive are unlimited. Business includes 500 sent texts a month and AI Pro 1,500, more than a one-person business sends; if you get close, we tell you. LarLine is a phone for a business, not a bulk-texting tool, and the terms say so.
What happens to my number if I cancel?
It is held for 30 days after your subscription ends. Come back in that window and it is yours again. After that it is released.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any way you like, from the app, and you keep your number and your threads. Going up to AI Pro turns the copilot on for everything you already have. Move down from Business and your texting approval is kept for 30 days, so coming back is instant.
Web, App Store or Google Play: does it matter where I pay?
The price is the same. Pay on the web and your receipts come from VLO Labs; subscribe in the app and Apple or Google bills you, and you manage it in your phone’s subscriptions. Extra numbers are added from the web either way.
